Spectrum formation in nature

The natural spectrum is a Rainbow. Tiny water droplets act as small prisms. Sunlight enters a droplet, gets refracted and dispersed into standard spectrum colors, undergoes internal reflection at the back of the drop, and refracts again as it comes out, forming a rainbow in the sky opposite to the sun.
